Air Tickets Conditions
Dear Valued Customer Please Read Carefully Before You Purchase the Ticket
Fares
- Kindly note that the fares are valid on the day the fare was quoted and subject to change without prior notice unless the ticket is issued. Total fare must be paid before issuing the ticket.
- Tax component can be changed at any time due to exchange fluctuations if the ticket is not issued
- Promotional fares are valid only on the day such fare was offered
Date Change
Most airlines apply a penalty charge for date changes on issued tickets. Please note that such date changes will be done by us only upon receiving the full payment of that penalty amount. Kindly note that sometimes date changes can’t be done on promotional fares.
Refunds
If you want to cancel the ticket after issuing, a penalty charge will be applied on your refund amount. Refunds can be given after 14 working days after deducting the penalty charges. Kindly note that some tickets might be non-refundable according to the airline fare rules.
Payment
Please inform us, prior to the issuing the ticket, regarding your payment method, whether cash or credit card to determine the total cost payable by you as the cost differs. Payments must be made at the time of purchasing the ticket.

Delight Travels (Pvt.) Ltd acts only as the agent of the suppliers and shall not be liable, in any event, for any negligence, breach of contract or acts of omission on the part of suppliers, their employees or any other agent. It’s the responsibility of all customers to read and familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of suppliers.
General Conditions
- All Documents for Visa are needed 30 days before the departure date
- The mentioned Airline, Hotels and Tours are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.
- Price might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked from your end.
- Change in Dates after the booking might change the price.
- Cancellation might charge partial or full price.
- Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.
- Quoted Price does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.
- “No Show” is subject to Full Booking Charges
- 50% Advance payment is required for Booking.
- Full payment is needed 30 days before the starting date of the tour.
- Booking vouchers will be issued after receiving the full payment.
Travel Insurance
Traveling all over the world involved some risks and dangers. Therefore we strongly recommend you to obtain sufficient and appropriate travel insurance for the duration of your tour. That insurance must fully cover all personal requirements including death, personal injury, medical expenses, and repatriation in the event of accident or illness, loss or damage to the personal property etc… Delight Travels can provide a comprehensive policy at a separate cost.
Visa Assistance Condition
We, Delight Travels (Pvt.) Ltd shall inform you the required documents to obtain visa for the country you wish to travel. It’s your own responsibility to provide us all requested documents before the stipulated time period and failing to provide the documents on time may lead to delay the visa process and may affect your departure date and will cost you the penalty charges of date changes.
Kindly note that although we take each and every steps regarding Visa Process, Visa will be approved by the relevant embassy and it’s beyond our control.
Delight Travels will not verify the documents and details provided for visa and it’s your responsibility to submit genuine documents and details in order to submit to the relevant embassy.
